Terms of use

Smart Attendance System is sold as a school subscription plus optional on-site gate hardware. A public demo, if enabled, is for evaluation only and must not hold real student records.

The product

Cloud portal (admin, teacher, parent, student) plus on-premise face recognition and optional RFID. Face matching and cameras never run inside the marketing website.

Acceptable use

• Use only for consented school or organization check-in
• Do not attempt to bypass kiosk or worker authentication
• Do not enroll faces without guardian or member authorization

Quotes and service

Pricing is quoted per school (base campus fee plus blocks of 300 students, plus one-time gate hardware). A signed school agreement is required before production data is loaded.
