Agreement
These terms govern use of Find Me websites, APIs, and iPhone apps operated by BDC TECH SOLUTIONS. By creating an account, installing the app, or signing in to the web portal, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy.
The service
Find Me lets a person share location with people they (or a parent or guardian) authorize. School staff see arrivals and SOS for their campus, not a live map of every student. Find Me is not a replacement for 911 / 911-equivalent emergency services, not official school attendance, and not hidden tracking.
Accounts and the web portal
Sign in on the website is the web portal for families and school staff — people you can find, or the campus presence board. Keep your password secret. You must be allowed to use the email you register.
App Store and Google Play
Find Me for iPhone and Android will be listed on the App Store and Google Play. Until those listings are live, store buttons on this site show Coming soon. We do not ship an unprotected .ipa or .apk for public download.
Acceptable use
Do not use Find Me to stalk, harass, or watch someone without the consent this product requires. Do not try to hide the system location indicator. Do not probe, scrape, or break the service. Schools must have authority and adult consent for students they enroll.
Plans and payment
Household and school prices on this site are in Philippine pesos so families can compare plans. Card billing is not charged yet. We will say so clearly before the first real charge. Crash detection, driving scores, and Bluetooth tiles are not part of Find Me.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up. Phones that are offline, have location off, or have no network will not update until they can. We are not liable for missed alerts caused by the phone, the carrier, Apple, or a permission the user turned off.
